At least 50% underrepresented* founding team

At least one founder must be a current Penn student** (undergraduate, graduate, students on a leave of absence are eligible).

Early stage (have not raised more than $50,000 in funding from angel investors or VCs). In addition, not part of any accelerator or incubator program.
* Underrepresented refers to women-identifying, non-binary and gender non-confirming individuals.
**The Penn student must have played a significant role in conceiving the venture or hold a key management role in the venture and currently be actively involved in the business venture.
